28 February 2001 Imaging architectures with volume holographic elements

Abstract
Volume holographic imaging elements are capable of extracting two-dimensional narrow-band slices from extended three-dimensional polychromatic radiators. We demonstrate the use of this property for imaging in the context of the 90° volume holographic geometry.
