Abstract
Resolution is one of the important performance indicators of the visible light observation system's ability to identify targets. It is usually detected by the visible light performance test equipment in the laboratory, but the experimental environment is relatively ideal, and the influence of atmospheric factors on the television observation system is not considered. Therefore, this paper proposes a visible light target with adjustable brightness angle, which is the resolution of VISIBLE LIGHT observation system under different weather conditions The outdoor test provides conditions for the development of identification ability related detection work.
