Abstract
LPG tanker accident will lead to LPG leakage, LPG leakage into the air will immediately spread. The quality and wind velocity of leakage are the main factors affecting the diffusion of leakage. Fluent software is used to simulate the leakage and diffusion of LPG tanker tanks under the working conditions of leakage mass of 3 and 5kg/s and wind velocity of 0, 3 and 5m/s. The results show that the greater of leakage mass, the wider the area of fire and explosion will be, and the longer the disaster lasts. The greater the wind velocity, the wider the area of fire and explosion. According to the results, the corresponding emergency disposal procedure of LPG tank truck leaks accident is put forward.
