Abstract
In order to reduce the risk of water and sand gushing during shield launching, the large diameter steel sleeve is adopted to auxiliary the launching of slurry balance shield machine in the water-rich sand layer in the Kanaphuli tunnel project. The steel sleeve seal replaces the traditional curtain-type rubber hole sealing device, and the partial sealing is changed to the overall seal, which greatly reduces the water and sand gushing in the hole in the water-rich sand layer. This article introduces the installation technology of large-diameter steel sleeves, the deformation monitoring technology of the reaction frame, and the establishment of mud pressure technology and the working shaft end disposal technology with the high pressure jet piles and deep well dewatering.
