Abstract
Boiling water pot is simple structure, environmental protection and emission reduction, humanization, sturdiness and durability. In this paper, based on the analysis of the general scheme and leakage testing principle of leak testing machine of boiling water pot, the key issues of the design of the tire gear, the design of the vacuum system and the selection of special rubber materials were described. boiling water pot. This equipment is a new type of machining equipment with the advantages of high production efficiency, good reliability and use safety. The feasibility, reliability and stability of the design scheme have been proved in the practical application of the equipment in production, which can be used for reference by engineers and technicians engaged in the research in this direction.
