Abstract
Based on the characteristics of power battery, a power battery thermal management system with integrated liquid cooling plate and heating film was designed, and the system was simulated and analyzed. The results show that the system can effectively suppress the temperature rise of the battery module and keep the temperature within a reasonable range. At the same time, the heating temperature rise rate of the system reaches 30.44℃/h.
