Abstract
This paper sets up the research progress on building an intelligent power system with new energy as the main body to ensure national energy security. Under the scenario of "double high" and "double peak", it is the foundation for the stable operation of the new power system to promote the sinking of the production management center, strengthen the construction of the whole service intelligent core team. With artificial neural network, the paper based on company’s a grass-roots unit situation, designed the whole business intelligent core team quality and capacity analysis, and applied to the specific intelligent team construction, improve the quality of the work of a company team personnel at the grass-roots level and motivation, to enhance the system stability, and even the whole industry for the company intelligent core team building and stable sustainable development provides a powerful reference.
