Abstract
Today, as the construction of smart cities is increasingly advanced, it is necessary to strengthen the cognition in the process of smart city construction, determine the influencing factors and reduce construction risks in a targeted manner. The influencing factors are divided into three levels: technology, enterprise, especially government. The DEMATEL model is used combined with Excel and Matlab software to quantify the degree of influence, and the key factors are obtained from the ranking of centrality and causality. Based on this, a smart city evaluation index system is constructed and the weight of each index is calculated. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the level of smart cities in 31 provinces (autonomous regions) in my country from 2014 to 2017. The research results show that there is a certain relationship between the government's scientific research and technical support policies, innovation 2.0 technology, enterprise informatization and smart city construction. Based on this, three rationalization suggestions are put forward in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of smart cities in the future.
