Abstract
With the implementation of China's renewable energy power consumption responsibility weight policy, it is urgent to study how to effectively implement consumption responsibility weight under the minimum cost of purchasing electricity. Firstly, this paper analyses the influence mechanism of consumption responsibility weight on electricity purchase of power sales companies, then analyses the monthly electricity purchase strategy of power sales companies under consumption responsibility weight, and then puts forward the optimal decision-making model of monthly electricity purchase of power sales companies considering consumption responsibility weight. Finally, the model proposed in this paper is verified by relevant examples. The results show that the monthly electricity purchase optimization model proposed in this paper can improve the order of implementation and reduce the cost of electricity purchase for the electricity sales companies to complete the weight assessment of renewable energy consumption responsibility.
