Abstract
The aircraft control system is a system to control the flight attitude of the aircraft. The rudder control system is a part of the main control system, which is used to control the aircraft to yaw around its vertical axis. Its working performance is related to the flight safety of aircraft in the air. Therefore, the research on the maintenance of aircraft rudder control system plays an important role in the safety and reliability of aircraft flight. The in-depth understanding and research of the maintenance idea is related to the scientificity of the program and the effectiveness of the maintenance work. Finally, the rudder mechanical actuation system was selected as a candidate for MSI. Through system function and fault analysis, one important maintenance item, two system functions, two system faults, two fault effects, and 12 fault causes were determined. And 11 maintenance tasks of the system were finally determined through MSG-3 logic decision.
