Abstract
With the rapid development of the fine chemical industry, the proportion of fine chemical production processes in the chemical industry is increasing. However, due to its small scale, intermittent mass production and complex process characteristics, compared with large chemical production processes such as petroleum, petrochemicals and basic chemicals, the comprehensive automation level of domestic fine chemical production processes is generally low. Many enterprises still adopt the traditional mode of local testing instrument control and field, which reduces the degree of precise control of the entire production process. Production safety is not guaranteed, production efficiency is low, affecting the technical level of the domestic fine chemical industry and economic benefits. Therefore, in-depth study of the fine chemical production process control system, to improve the comprehensive automation level of the fine chemical process, to promote the development of fine chemical production, has important significance and experimental value.
