Abstract
This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the welding process of large structural components through welding thermal process simulation and microstructure performance analysis. By using computer simulation methods, the influence of different parameters on welding results was studied. The research results indicate that computer simulation methods can quickly and comprehensively compare the effects of various welding conditions on welding results, including material selection, environmental temperature, welding layer setting, and other factors, which has guiding significance for formulating welding processes. This study conducted in-depth research on the welding process of large structural components through computer simulation methods and analyzed the impact of different parameters on the welding results. The research results have important guiding significance for the development of welding processes. In the welding simulation process, algorithm control is crucial, so it is necessary to have a sufficient understanding of the physical model characteristics and the principles of simulation calculation methods to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the simulation.
