Abstract
With the continuous development of deep learning, image classification and object detection technology have become one of the hottest research directions. With the help of deep learning, image classification and object detection have made breakthroughs, and have a wide range of applications in many fields, such as face recognition, autonomous driving, environmental art design and other fields. Supervised deep learning models require training with large amounts of labeled data and multiple rounds of iteration. Due to the limitations and particularities in some practical applications, it is difficult to obtain sufficient image samples. Therefore, this paper focuses on the problem of small-sample image classification and object detection. This paper deeply studies the training mechanism of meta-learning, improves and optimizes the EGNN algorithm based on graph neural network, designs a task-adapted feature extraction model for feature extraction of query images, and adjusts the contribution of different features of query images by using image feature learning to predict a set of parameters acting on the query image feature map, so as to make it more suitable for the classification task of small samples. At the same time, prototype node representation and feature fusion measurement modules are introduced on the original network, which are used to reduce the scale of graph nodes and improve the classification accuracy, respectively.
