Abstract
In this paper, a generalised Wiener process model with drift coefficients is investigated to characterise the degeneracy of the system state. The model analysis is carried out for the time-discrete sampling characteristics, the relationship between the model parameters is investigated, and a state-incremental statistical analysis method is applied to solve the model parameters. System state degradation trajectory is predicted based on the auxiliary particle filtering, and the lifetime prediction model of the Wiener stochastic process is constructed for the remaining useful life (RUL) prediction based on the predicted actual state degradation. A numerical example is given to illustrate the implementation of the proposed RUL estimation method, demonstrating the effectiveness of the method for remaining useful life estimation.
