Abstract
This paper introduces the flutter test technology, flight technology, data analysis technology and some flight test results of transportation aircraft based on natural flight atmospheric environment. The flight test shows that although the amplitude of structural response signal obtained by using this kind of excitation is small, the accurate identification of dense modes of small amplitude signals is realized based on the vibration mode analysis of multi-input and multi output system. Based on Metadata Description Language (MDL), the task description model, requirement description model and equipment configuration description model of flight test are constructed to realize the standardization of task transfer and configuration implementation process, thus achieving the automation, intelligence and standardization of flight test task development process, greatly improving the test efficiency and ensuring the accuracy of test data. The flight test verification is carried out in combination with the qualified flight test of the aircraft, and the compliance verification results of the flight test of the aircraft flutter characteristics are given. The results show that this method is suitable for certified flutter flight test of transport aircraft.
