Abstract
Lightweight, vibration attenuation, shock cushioning and heat dissipation are comprehensively required by aerospace electronic devices. A variety of lattice structures prove to have one of these potentials, but few studies on multifunctional objects have been carried out. To cope with this problem, a versatile unit cell is proposed by this paper. Through precise internal structure design, the unit cell features both negative Poisson’s ratio and local resonance effect. The vibration control and lightweight capacity of the lattice structure filled with this unit cell is studied both through simulation and experiment, and the results verify the superiority of this structure.
