Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the development process and breakthrough key technologies and applications of laser 3D imaging of the team, and has successively developed prototypes of real aperture 3D imaging, structured light 3D imaging, laser FLASH 3D imaging and laser polarized light 3D imaging. Research on FLASH 3D imaging gain compensation technology and 3D imaging technology based on polarized CMOS image sensor. The technical indicators realized by the prototype: the distance resolution has increased from the initial 0.3m to less than 2mm now, the image gray resolution has changed from 8*8 avalanche diode separation array to the current 1024*1024 pixel resolution CMOS image device, and the frame rate of the image is 25Fps-20kFps.
