Abstract
This paper describes how our Technology Transfer Program (T2P) contributes to the continuing education of our technical staff. It describes the process employed from the guiding philosophy through instructor selection to program execution, including the role performed by members of the technical staff in the process. The various types of training offered and program delivery modes are described. Programs specific to optics training (including an optics core curriculum) are discussed, as are relevant non-optics courses.)
