Abstract

Chalcone film (CHA) is a new electro-optic (EO) polymer film. It is reported to prepare the film, to measure its refractive index (1.521) and EO efficient gamma₆₃ (about 10^-11 m/v), also to realize phase modulation by fiber interferometer in the paper.
