Abstract
We describe methods for the analysis expression patterns based on a vector representation for intensities. Normalization for multiple experiments is iterative and is obtained by identifying a vector that optimally correlates expression patterns. Error estimates for intensities are obtained by analyzing deviations in expression relative to the correlation vector. A normalization method for applying corrections from spiked, two-color fluorescence measurements is also described.
