Abstract
Optical processing techniques offer many advantages for information security applications, since optics provides degrees of freedom like phase, spatial frequency, and polarization to encode data more securely. These advantages have led to an increasing use of optoelectronic techniques for data encryption. This article reviews some of our recent work in the area of information security.
