Abstract
Ferrography image segmentation is the foundation of ferrography image recognition and analysis. This paper presents a method of ferrography image segmentation based on fuzzy neural network. Because neural network can learn, and fuzzy neural network can deal with fuzzy information, it can suit for the fuzzy and complicated ferrography image. From our test, we can see it has better effect on clearing image background.
