Abstract
The analysis of the non linear dynamics observed in lateral couple diode lasers (LCDL) is a key issue on the study and understanding of these devices. In this work an analysis of the different nonlinear regimes observed in devices with different lateral distances is made. By the observation of both the RIN spectrum and the filtered optical spectrum, a clear identification of the different nonlinear regimes observed in these devices is made, as well as an identification of the main variables responsible for the appearance of these nonlinear regimes.
