Abstract
The convex aspherics test is nodus in the field of aspherics test, and the Hindle test, transmission/reflection autocollimating testing and CGH test are in common use for the convex aspherics test. In this paper, the measuring poles method is used to control the parameters of SiC aspherics in Hindle test, in order to insure the accuracy of the curvature radius R and the conic coefficient k in ranger of the designed tolerance. Two measuring poles are used to control the distance between the spherical vertex and the aspherical vertex and the distance between the spherical vertex and the focus of the aspherics. Base on the analysis, the testing system is designed for the SiC convex conic hyperboloid, the aperture Φ147.5mm, the curvature radius R=693.58mm, the conic coefficient k=-5.8. When using the measuring poles to control the aspherical parameters, there are testing errors, which includes three parts: (1) The manufacture error of the measuring poles, the precision σ1=±0.005mm. (2) The alignment error, the deflective error between the testing optical axis and the geometry axis of the sphere is 30′, which is translated to the line error is σ2=±0.05mm. (3) The operation error of the testing person, the error is σ3=±0.01mm. In the testing, the total error is σ=σ1+σ2+σ3=±0.065mm. As the optimized design of the testing system, two distance parameters tolerance are ±0.18mm and ±0.27mm, so the testing precision meets the designed tolerance of the aspherical parameters in the measuring poles method, which offers credible guarantee for the convex hyperboloid manufacture.
