Abstract
Organic light-emitting device based on ITO/hole transport layer (HTL)/Alq3/Mg:Ag was fabricated. In order to study the effect of different HTL on turn-on voltage, luminance and luminance efficiency of the devices, three kinds of devices TPD, PVK and TPD:PVK as HTL, respectively were studied. Result shows that device using TPD:PVK as HTL has the highest performance, which is due to the combination of the advantages of both the low-molecular-weight material and polymer. Meanwhile, The temperature stability of doped device has improved significantly. Maximum luminance and luminance efficiency of doped device are 6122 cd/m, 2.33 lm/w, respectively.
