Abstract

This erratum corrects an error in Eq. 1.

This article [Opt. Eng. 58(10), 102701 (2019), doi: 10.1117/1.OE.58.10.102701] was originally published on 25 September 2019 with an error in Eq. (1). The original Eq. (1) appeared as

\frac{d P_{i}}{d z} = - α_{i} + \sum_{j} G_{i j} P_{i} P_{j},

which is missing

P_{i}

at the loss term

- α_{i}

. The equation has been corrected to

\frac{d P_{i}}{d z} = - α_{i} P_{i} + \sum_{j} G_{i j} P_{i} P_{j} .

Online versions of the paper were corrected on 18 August 2020.
