With the continuous development of the times, the speed of industrialisation and urbanisation, the types and quantities of construction waste have risen exponentially with the booming construction industry, but the awareness of enterprises and residents of waste recycling has not been raised in tandem with the development of the times, failing to pay attention to the effectiveness and benefits brought by construction waste recycling, resulting in China's construction waste recycling system not yet perfect. As the problem of environmental pollution becomes increasingly serious, international calls for environmental protection are becoming stronger, and the construction waste recycling industry will then be treated with even higher requirements. Therefore, this paper aims to study and establish a new and controllable urban construction waste information management system, which will integrate the information of construction waste recycling process in this system and be supervised and mastered by the government, which will help the government to coordinate the linkage of various departments and maximise the use of urban resources [1], so as to achieve the purpose of greening, resourcefulness and harmlessness of construction waste recycling and promote the prosperous development of China's construction waste recycling industry. This will help the government to coordinate the various departments to maximise the use of urban resources [1], so as to achieve the purpose of greening, resourcefulness and harmlessness of construction waste recycling and promote the prosperous development of China's construction waste recycling industry.
With the development of modern education, the country pays more attention to the discipline training of experimental practice in science education, and high school laboratories become a high ground for students' science education and comprehensive quality education, while the current domestic laboratory management basically remains in the traditional manual management mode, with problems such as heavy management work, high repetition, low management efficiency, accuracy of information is difficult to guarantee, and easy to produce unnecessary property loss and waste of expenditure. In order to further improve the efficiency of laboratory management and enhance laboratory safety and security, this paper puts forward the concept of designing a school laboratory management system based on computer technology, providing convenient services and technical support for laboratory management through five modules: system management module, academic affairs management module, operation management module, safety management module and equipment management module, which greatly improve management efficiency and promote open teaching in schools.
