Profile Summary

Ms. Deaver is a Physicist with >25 years of professional experience in the characterization, analysis, modeling, and development of electro-optic and infrared imaging systems for military applications. Dawne earned an MS in optics from the University of Rochester in 1996 and a BS in physics from Loyola College in 1994. She has supported Army night vision programs since 2000. She spent one year working for the MOD in the United Kingdom through the Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program and would highly recommend this career-broadening experience to any eligible DoD employees. Dawne's most recent professional role has been leading a multi-disciplined team to mature aided target acquisition algorithms suitable for transition to ground combat vehicles. In her spare time, Dawne is also pursuing a PhD from The Catholic University of America as part of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department.
