In view of the characteristics of multiple test types and evaluation indexes of information equipment performance, this paper studies the reliability measurement of prior information from different sources of test information, such as physical test, semi-physical test, simulation test and physical substitution test, starting from the distribution difference of test data, and carries out the research on the fusion evaluation method of numerical and real tests based on prior information, to improve the test efficiency, shorten the development period, reduce the test cost, and provide technical and theoretical support for obtaining more reliable equipment test evaluation results.
