Adhering to expand the strategic basis of domestic demand has put forward new requirements for optimizing the transportation market, adjusting the transportation structure and innovating transportation mode. Based on the policy orientation, market operation, industry management and industry development needs, combined with the technical demand characteristics such as economic, efficient, green, safe and intelligent ship transportation, the evaluation index system of inland river transportation organization is constructed, the connotation of index components is analyzed, the weight is determined by fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, and the evaluation results are evaluated by the interest-related matrix to provide necessary support for the high-quality development of inland river transportation organization in the new era .
According to the overall requirements and situation orientation of China transportation power, the advantages and important roles of domestic river transportation development are resorted out, the development experience and effectiveness are summarized, the main problems currently faced are analyzed, and suggestions for the next step are put forward, so as to provide necessary decision-making reference for the high-quality development of inland water transportation in the new period.
The state emphasizes the unimpeded domestic circulation, which puts forward new requirements for promoting the highquality development of the Yangtze River shipping, optimizing the transportation market, adjusting the transportation structure and innovating the transportation organization. Taking the Yangtze River bulk cargo transportation as an example, this paper analyzes the volume demand of coal and metal ore in the Yangtze River, and determines the impact of supplyside structural reform on the substitution of water transportation modes. On this basis, summarizes the main route transportation pattern and applicable ship types, and puts forward the relevant suggestions to promote the development of the Yangtze River bulk cargo transportation organization. This study can provide necessary support for the development of the Yangtze River water transportation organization in the new era.
