Iván Coto Hernández studied Nuclear Physics in Cuba and received his Master Degree in 2011. Next, he enrolled in a PhD program at the Italian Institute of Technology. From May 2015 until April 2017, he worked as a post-doctoral fellow at the Institut des Sciences Moléculaires d'Orsay, Université Paris Sud, CNRS, (France). Currently, he works as an instructor at Harvard Medical School. His research interest is focused on the development of super-resolution microscopy.
