In recent years, with the rapid development of the railway construction, the construction scale of railway engineering projects has continued to expand, engineering technology has become more and more complex, and the risks in the construction of high-speed railway project have also increased. Therefore, analyzing the relevance and relative importance of each influencing factor is of great significance to strengthen construction risk management. Through literature analysis and expert interviews, 14 high-speed railway project construction influencing factors are identified. Then using the interpretative structural modeling constructs a 5-level hierarchical model to reveal the interaction relationship between various factors, and using the analytic hierarchy process to explain the weights of various factors in the structural model and sorted them to determine the priority of risk management. Research has shown that the two influencing factors of construction technology and organization management will have a greater impact on the construction of high-speed railway project, so the prevention and control of these factors should be strengthened.
