Abstract
Crashworthiness assessment is one of the important contents to ensure the safety of civil aircraft. Improving the energy absorption performance of aircraft components is the core issue of the aircraft crashworthiness research. This article is based on PAM-CRASH and analyzes the thin-walled openings of typical aircraft. The impact performance of structural (C-shaped, I-shaped) cross-section members is studied, and the results show that the energy absorption ratio of I-shaped structure is higher than that of C-shaped structure. The introduction of different trigger mechanisms has little effect on the deformation mode, but it can greatly reduce the initial load peak value.
