Abstract

With the rise of online car hailing, the safety of online car Hailing passengers has attracted people's attention. This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of improving passenger safety by using AHP model, and puts forward the improvement scheme from the perspective of government, enterprise and passengers combined with collaborative governance theory. Finally, it puts forward corresponding suggestions for the specific implementation of the personal safety improvement scheme of taxi Hailing passengers in the security network. It has reference significance for improving the current situation of online car Hailing operation safety and promoting the prosperity and development of online car Hailing.
