Abstract
In order to study the reliability and safety of the multiple luffing mechanism of the full hydraulic drilling rig, the dynamic response characteristics of the multiple luffing mechanism under the maximum impact force were determined. Based on the theory of modal analysis, taking the ZDY2-3200LF full hydraulic drilling rig with multiple amplitudes as the research object, its natural frequency and various modes can be obtained through the ABAQUS finite element analysis software. On this basis, the harmonic response analysis is carried out on the maximum thrust of the full hydraulic drilling rig, and the displacement and stress spectrum characteristics at different positions are obtained. The research results provide a basis for the optimization design of other full-hydraulic drilling rigs with multiple luffing mechanisms, and also have reference value. The research results provide the basis, and also have reference value for the optimization design of multi-luffing mechanism of other full hydraulic drilling rigs.
