Abstract
With the rapid development of computer technology, community governance shows intelligence and modernization, and the intelligence of community governance plays an important role in the construction of an intelligent city. How to measure the degree of community intelligence has become a problem to be discussed. Based on the questionnaire data, this paper comprehensively evaluates the degree of community intelligence by using Topsis modified by entropy weight and gives suggestions from the perspectives of government, community, and residents.
