Abstract
With the rapid popularization of online education, the traditional mode of volunteer teaching has gradually become unable to meet the actual needs of volunteer teaching activities. With the objective of “promoting poverty alleviation through education”, based on needs analysis and combined with collaborative theory, the U-V-S “Internet + Volunteer Teaching” model has be established, and the "Cloud Volunteer Teaching" APP has been developed with the main functions of user management, resource management and cloud volunteer teaching. After testing and application, the APP runs stably and functions properly, which can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the traditional mode of volunteer teaching, and play a significant role in enriching volunteer teaching modes and boost educational poverty alleviation.
