Abstract
This article researches on a real-time positioning and tracking system based on spot detection in order to measure deflection of bridges with high frame rate and accuracy, and introduces a method of adaptive threshold for locating the centroid of a spot. The efficient threshold can be captured by the way and then helps to search the ROI as well as to segment the image, which makes the system can operate in most environment under various lighting conditions. The system has reached accuracy level of πŸπ’Žπ’Ž and frame rate of πŸπŸŽπŸŽπ’‡π’‘π’”(frames per second) in simulated experiments, which prove the system is available in measurement for deflection of bridges.
