Abstract
Currently, all of first-round pilot provinces in China have conducted trial operations to verify the effectiveness and correctness of provincial power spot market rules. Although, different models and mechanisms are adopted according to the realistic situation in different provinces, evaluation index with general applicability is required to indicate and evaluate the progress of different provinces. Based on worldwide evaluation experience of power spot market, the provincial spot market evaluation index framework is proposed, which takes provincial realistic situation into consideration. In addition, the key indicators of provincial spot market evaluation are designed based on different application scenarios, providing reference for further improving the rules and mechanism of power spot market in China.
