Abstract
In order to reasonably evaluate the operation efficiency of shipping enterprises and improve the ability of enterprises to deal with operation risks, the evaluation system of operation efficiency of shipping enterprises is established by analyzing the influencing factors of operation efficiency of shipping enterprises. The Three-stage DEA model is used to analyze the operation status of 10 shipping enterprises from 2011 to 2020, and calculate and evaluate from the aspects of comprehensive technical efficiency (CRS), pure technical efficiency (VRS) and scale efficiency (SE). The results show that the proposed evaluation model can effectively analyze the operating efficiency of shipping enterprises, and the suggestions and measures based on the evaluation results can help enterprises adapt to the high-risk market environment.
