Abstract
In the current situation of increasingly tense resources, doubled environmental pressure and tightening environmental protection policies, iron and steel enterprises should achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, and further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to adapt to the development of society. In the process of modeling, the current BF ironmaking process mainly considers the BF's compliance, less consideration of the change of industrial metabolites, so it is necessary to build a more comprehensive BF model. Through the analysis of the operation of the internal substances in the blast furnace, the industrial metabolism network is constructed. Through the multi-agent simulation, the concentration of blast furnace materials and the reaction speed are predicted. On this basis, the industrial production is regulated to achieve green and efficient development.
