Abstract
The copper anode shaping unit can improve the efficiency of copper electrolysis. The milling technology at the lug of copper anode plate is designed to a number of high-speed cutting difficulties. There is still a large gap between domestic units and imported units. Therefore, on the basis of the original design, the milling earphone part is transformed to make the milling earphone meet the control requirements of higher precision. Based on the box Behnken experimental design method, the response surface experiment is designed, the response surface model is established, and the processing parameters of milling earphone are optimized, which provides a theoretical reference for the parameter debugging of milling earphone of copper anode unit.
