Abstract
The introduction of Industry 4.0 brings opportunities for the transformation of production modes. As an important link in the production process, the production logistics process often cannot be accurately evaluated. This paper focuses on the production logistics process in the workshop and analyzes the logistics performance indicators evaluation system from different dimensions. A performance indicators evaluation system oriented to Industry 4.0 is designed and proposed, which uses original data from the production site to calculate or evaluate the indicators, to provide reliable data for the production system optimization.
