Abstract

Based on the method of bibliometric analysis, 2212 papers were published in CNKI from 2000 to 2019. This paper analyses the papers in this field, with the software SPSS, and has drawn a knowledge map of key words for the study of chronic diseases in the elderly. With the help of CiteSpace software, the high-frequency cited papers are analysed, and the results show that the research on chronic diseases of the elderly in China has roughly gone through three stages, and the research theme has been expanded. The quality of life, influencing factors and mental health of the elderly with chronic diseases are the focus and hotspot of the research. The nursing mode of the elderly with chronic diseases is the trend of the research. Actually the research on the special population and regional differences still needs to be continued.
