Abstract
Based on the rapid development of science and technology such as big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things in recent years, as well as the application of intelligent hardware devices in all aspects of life, people have put forward related concepts such as "smart life" in this new era of scientific and technological applications. In the field of popular sports lifestyle, there are also new changes closely related to the application of computer information technology and intelligent hardware devices. In order to meet the requirements of the development of the times, based on the background of big data, this paper analyzes and studies the application of the Internet of Things to martial arts training. This paper mainly studies and analyzes the application of "Internet +" APP in martial arts training and teaching in the context of the internet. The principle and requirements of system establishment are analyzed, and the design research is carried out in a targeted manner. In the process of analysis, relevant research shows that 95% of parents believe that it is very important for children to participate in martial arts training to be able to exercise, 90% of parents believe that it is important for children to like it, 70% of parents believe that it is important to improve motor skills, 63% of parents believe that disease prevention is important, and 70% of parents think that it is important to cultivate the quality of will.
