Abstract
Domestic IGBT power units have type test reports, factory test reports and records, product design instructions, and certificates issued by nationally recognized institutions. The main technical indicators of the domestic IGBT power unit and the frequency conversion device meet the requirements of the relevant national standards and test outlines and have reached the design goal of the 25MVA domestic IGBT power unit. So far, it has been running smoothly for 6500 hours.
