Abstract
As the development of electric vehicles is receiving more and more attention from more and more countries, it has become an important research idea to make use of the huge regulation potential of electric vehicles to participate in the frequency regulation auxiliary service market. Therefore, this paper proposes an optimization strategy based on distributionally robust chance constraint for electric vehicles to participate in the day-ahead frequency regulation auxiliary market. First, a virtual energy storage model of electric vehicles is established to evaluate their frequency regulation potential; then, a day-ahead optimization strategy for electric vehicles to participate in the frequency regulation auxiliary market is established based on distributionally robust chance constraint considering the uncertainty of regulation signals; finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy are verified by arithmetic examples.
