Abstract
The tightness of transmission tower bolts is closely related to the safety and reliability of transmission lines. In this paper, the shortcomings of the transmission pole tower bolt loose detection method at this stage are expounded, the characteristics of the transmission pole tower are matched, and the transmission pole tower bolt loose detection technology based on laser vibration measurement technology is proposed. Based on this, COMSL software is used to simulate and compare the vibration signal characteristics of tower bolts in the loose and fastened state, and it is learned that the vibration response speed increases with the loosening of bolts. Then, the experimental test platform was built by using the laser vibration measuring device and the transmission tower, and it can be seen from the spectrogram of the experimental test data that after the bolt is loosened, the vibration velocity under the response frequency increases significantly, forming a significant difference, which verifies the feasibility of laser vibration measurement technology for the detection of bolt loosening in the transmission pole tower, lays the foundation for the subsequent intelligent identification of bolt loosening, and finally summarizes and prospects.
