In order to solve the problem of safety construction in power grid, the safety risk points of personnel/equipment/environment in typical operation sites are put forward, and the safety risks are classified and a risk feature database is formed. Establish risk protection requirements according to the types and impacts of different risks; This paper analyzes the security risks of the access layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer respectively, combs the security resources of each layer, introduces the hierarchical structure of the Internet power of Things.Aiming at the problem of power grid information security risk assessment, a niche optimization based on gene expression algorithm is proposed to improve the dynamic model. The algorithm first uses rough set theory to reduce the sample data by solving the best of the discrimination function, and then uses the niche model to improve the diversity of sample reduction and accelerate the speed of GEP algorithm. Finally, the genetic algorithm is used to realize the global search, and the comprehensive evaluation of the security level is obtained. It aims to promote the safety and health of Internet of Things in the power system.
