Abstract
This paper explores the enhancement and optimisation of cabin service mode from the perspective of improving passenger flight experience and cabin service intelligence, proposes the innovative design of cabin intelligent service robot product, and conducts research on the industrial design requirements and design practices of cabin intelligent service robot. The aim is to explore new models of cabin service and intelligent cabin products to meet the changing needs and challenges, break the existing aircraft cabin service model, and bring more possibilities to the aviation industry.
